Parties to the Agreement

MASSAGE 4 U LLC (“the Company”) and the Business, Spa, Salon, or Wellness Center completing the registration (“the Establishment”) agree to the terms set forth in this Membership Agreement.

Nature of the Service

Massage 4 U LLC operates as a digital platform that connects businesses in the beauty, wellness, and personal care industry with potential customers. The Company does not provide wellness or beauty services and does not control or supervise the operations of the Establishment.

Status of the Establishment

The Establishment acknowledges that: • It operates independently. • It is not an employee, franchisee, partner, or representative of Massage 4 U LLC. • It is responsible for its services, staff, facilities, and legal compliance. • The Company does not guarantee customers, sales, or results.

Required Documentation

The Establishment must provide: • Official business registration (LLC, Sunbiz, or IRS EIN). • Mandatory licenses corresponding to the activity carried out (NOT certificates). • Professional licenses of staff (if applicable). • Establishment license (Massage Establishment License, Cosmetology Salon License, etc.). • Identification of the owner or responsible manager. • Logo, photos, and website of the business (if applicable).

Legal compliance of the business

The Establishment affirms that it complies with all laws, regulations, and specific requirements of the State of Florida or the state where it operates. It is its responsibility to keep all licenses and permits up to date.

Business obligations

The Establishment agrees to: • Provide truthful and verifiable information. • Maintain facilities and staff in professional condition. • Not offer illegal services or services of a sexual nature. Ensure that its authorized staff have valid licenses. • Maintain ethical and professional behavior in all interactions arising from the platform.

Membership and payments

Business membership is monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected. • The Establishment authorizes automatic renewal. • Payments are non-refundable. • Membership grants visibility, but does not guarantee customers.

Liability and Disclaimer

Massage 4 U LLC is not liable for: • Accidents, injuries, or incidents occurring at the establishment. • Services offered or results delivered by the business. • Conduct of the establishment’s staff. • Disputes between the establishment and customers. The Establishment assumes full responsibility for its operation.

Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, content, and materials belonging to Massage 4 U LLC are the property of the Company. The Establishment may not use the brand without written authorization.

Suspension or termination

The Company may suspend or cancel the Establishment’s membership if: • It presents false or expired licenses. • It violates state laws or regulations. • It negatively affects the reputation of Massage 4 U. • It uses the platform for improper purposes. There will be no refunds in the event of termination.

Contract Modifications

Massage 4 U LLC may update this Agreement at any time. Modifications will be posted on the platform and will take effect immediately.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Acceptance

By completing registration and activating membership, the Establishment acknowledges that it has read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
