Nature of the Service

Massage 4 U LLC does not provide massage, aesthetic, beauty, wellness, or any other physical or therapeutic services.

Disclaimer

The Client acknowledges and agrees that MASSAGE 4 U LLC shall not be liable for: • Injuries, discomfort, pain, reactions, or physical damage resulting from any service received. • Emotional or psychological damage. • Damage to personal property before, during, or after the service. • Financial or personal losses related to the service. • Situations arising from malpractice,
negligence, or misconduct on the part of the professional.

Relationship between client and professional

The Client acknowledges that any service received is a relationship exclusively between him/her and the professional or business providing the service. MASSAGE 4 U LLC does not supervise, train, direct, or control the techniques, products, methods, or procedures used by professionals.

Acknowledgment of risks

The Client understands that wellness, massage, aesthetic, and beauty services may involve risks, such as: • Irritation, allergies, swelling, or adverse reactions. • Muscle pain or sensitivity afterward. • Risks associated with materials, products, or equipment used by the professional. By continuing with the contract, the Client voluntarily assumes all risks involved.

Health declaration

The Client affirms that: • They have informed the professional of any relevant medical conditions. • They are responsible for communicating any allergies, injuries, or previous complications. • They understand that concealing medical information may increase the risks of the service.

Legal Release

The Client legally releases MASSAGE 4 U LLC from any claim, demand, legal action, compensation, or liability arising directly or indirectly from the service received.

Client Conduct

The Client agrees to act with respect and appropriate conduct toward the professional. Any sexual, inappropriate, or threatening behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and an administrative report.

Modifications

Massage 4 U LLC may update this waiver at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the platform.

Acceptance

By booking, hiring, or receiving a service offered by a professional listed on MASSAGE 4 U LLC, the Client declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this document.
